How does it work?

If you see a fallen tree or a pothole on the road, using the Warsaw 19115 application, you can report these or any other issues in three simple steps:

• Describe the issue
• Add a photo (this step is optional)
• Provide the location

Your report will go to the Municipal Contact Center Warsaw 19115, where you will receive a confirmation number, allowing you to track the progress of your case. You will have access to the history of all your reports. Through this application, you can also submit a free proposal for changes in the city to make Warsaw more beautiful, modern, and user-friendly.

In the Waste Collection Schedule tab, you can check collection dates for garbage at your chosen address or addresses, set reminders for these dates, learn proper waste segregation rules, and utilize a search function to find out where to dispose of different types of waste.

If you wish for more greenery in Warsaw, you can suggest where we should plant a tree. Visit the location where you want to plant a tree and click "Report." The map will display information about the feasibility and conditions for implementing your proposal. You will receive a report number to track the progress of your case. You will always have access to the history of all your reports.

Through the Participatory Budget tab, you can view projects on a map that have been developed in your area. During project submission, discussions, or voting, you can directly participate in deciding on the city's budget.

Using the Warsaw Notification System, you'll learn about planned traffic organization changes, important municipal projects, official deadlines, and cultural and sports events co-organized by the city. You will automatically receive updates on local hazards as well.

Through the Air Quality Index tab, you can check air quality levels in Warsaw and view detailed measurements along with health protection recommendations.

In the Toilets tab, you can locate public toilets in Warsaw. The map includes both stationary and portable public toilets as well as toilets in public utility buildings and private facilities accessible to all residents.

In the Parking tab, you can check parking locations and availability other than those designated in the Unmanned Paid Parking Zone (SPPN). On the map, you can check routes and travel time from your selected location. Each parking spot includes details such as total number and type of parking spaces, available spaces, tariffs, and additional services.

In the ECO Points tab, you will find addresses of pharmacies where you can dispose of mercury thermometers and expired medications. The map also shows addresses of stationary and mobile Selective Municipal Waste Collection Points (PSZOK and MPSZOK).
